When were you born?
Your birth date sets where every planet was.
You're a Pisces.
That's 1 of 10 planets in your chart. Your birth minute and city set the rest.
What time were you born?
It sets your rising sign and your houses. Often on the long birth certificate, or ask a parent.
Don't know the minute?
Without the minute you still get your Sun, Moon, every planet by sign and the full reading. Your rising sign and houses need the exact time; a rough time of day makes your Moon surer.
Where were you born?
The city or town. It sets which sky you were born under.
